Job summary

nVent is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead on-site project coordination for our engineered bus duct systems across North America. You will support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair projects, traveling up to 75% and staying at customer sites for weeks.

As the primary on-site representative, you will coordinate with customers, subcontractors, field service technicians, and project managers to maintain schedules, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field-based project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to travel up to 75% nationwide and stay on site for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project coordination for large-scale installations.
• Monitor schedules, workforce, equipment, and material readiness.
• Facilitate daily client meetings and progress reporting.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure quality on all sites.
