Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction leadership experience.
• Willing to travel as projects require.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• Experience using an iPad or similar tablet is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up commercial construction projects from preplanning to closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors and align with project schedules and budgets.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain daily project diaries and regularly report progress to the project manager.
