Position: Traveling Superintendents

Murray Company is seeking traveling superintendents to operate across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Illinois. The role involves leading the development of rural hospitals and healthcare centers designed for the future. Our projects include new constructions, additions, and renovations from concept to completion. Responsibilities

• Overall planning, management, and execution of assigned construction projects
• Providing administrative and technical guidance on projects
• Upholding company and project policies
• Ensuring jobsite safety
• Maintaining customer interface and developing trade partner relationships
• Managing two to five multi-million-dollar projects annually

Start Dates

Multiple start dates available in 2025 to meet project needs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional client interaction skills and ability to develop trade partner relationships
• Ability to travel primarily within Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska
• OSHA 10-hour certification
• Valid driver's license
