This position will support a 2-year multi-family project in Philadelphia, PA. Interested candidates must travel to Columbus, OH for training and work with the company before starting the project in Philadelphia in the fall.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project performance, clarity regarding scope, budget, and schedule, and quality
• Maintain communication and documentation
• Attend pre-construction meetings, coordinate submittal approvals, and understand scope changes
• Manage scheduling and participate in post-project reviews
• Address project-specific questions after construction and work with the Warranty Team to resolve issues

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required
• 4+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in ground-up multi-family construction, high-rise, senior living, or hotel projects is preferred

Pay and Benefits

Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000/year. Benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement, flexible scheduling, per diem, relocation assistance, and more.
