Job Description: Construction Superintendent (National Traveling)

Join a top national builder specializing in commercial construction, including multi-story shell buildings, grocery stores, medical facilities, and restaurants. Based in Florida, we are experiencing growth and are seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee projects primarily on the East Coast and Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from ground-up
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Travel to various project sites on the East Coast and Southeast

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor (GC)
• Proven experience with commercial construction projects, ground-up developments
• Ability to travel extensively (most projects are on the East Coast)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-story shell buildings or grocery stores
• ProCore experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
