Job Description

This position will support a 2-year multi-family project in Philadelphia, PA. Candidates must travel to Columbus, OH for training and initial work with the company before starting on the Philadelphia project in the fall.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project performance, clarity regarding scope, budget, and schedule, quality, communication, and documentation.
• Attend project handoff meetings, coordinate submittal approvals, and understand scope change implications.
• Manage scheduling and participate in post-project reviews.
• Address project-specific questions and work with the warranty team to resolve issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
• 4+ years of commercial construction experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in ground-up multi-family construction is preferred; high-rise, senior living, or hotel experience is also considered.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, with benefits including healthcare, vision, dental, life insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement, flexible scheduling, per diem, relocation assistance, and more.
