The role requires managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining strong client relations, with extensive travel and overnight stays. Ideal candidates live within 50–100 miles of a company office and have 10+ years of superintendent experience.

Qualifications

• Lead Superintendent on commercial interior, tenant improvement, retail, or building renovation projects is required.
• 10+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience preferred.
• Ability to travel nationwide with extended overnight stays and manage multiple trades on active sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations and personnel on assigned commercial interior projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, laborers, and other project stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily construction activities to progress according to the project schedule.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are available as needed.
• Review plans, specifications, and schedules; direct subcontractor activities and coordinate trades.
