Job summary

HC Company, Inc. seeks a Traveling Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across the Northwest and Mountain West. You will oversee field operations, coordinate subs, and uphold safety and quality on diverse projects. This project-based travel role requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Salary ranges from $120,000 to $150,000+ DOE, with per diem, company-paid travel home every three weeks, a company truck, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilities.
• Previous Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and project excellence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and quality control.
• Drive project safety and maintain HC Company's safety standards.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining schedule and project goals.
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and as-built drawings.
• Build strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams.
