Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and practices on the job site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and change orders.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and regulations.
• Keep project stakeholders informed of project progress through regular communication.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Familiarity with construction software and technology.
• OSHA certification (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
