Job summary

HC Company seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead projects across the Northwest and Mountain West. You will mobilize field teams, enforce safety standards, manage schedules and QA, and foster strong relationships with owners and trade partners.

You will oversee multi-site projects, coordinate with design teams, and travel based on project needs, with a competitive salary and robust benefits. This role offers opportunities for growth within a growing contractor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilities.
• Previous Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively based on project needs.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and quality control.
• Drive project safety and maintain HC Company's safety standards.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining schedule and project goals.
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and as-built drawings.
• Build strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams.
