Job summary

Energy Erectors, Inc. (EEI) seeks a Substation Equipment Operator to support the construction and upgrading of high-voltage substations and related equipment. This traveling role covers multiple job sites across the state, with per diem where applicable.

The position requires physical fitness, safety awareness, and capability to operate heavy equipment. Responsibilities include installing transformers, bus structures, switchgear, and associated components, wiring, site cleanup, and compliant

Qualifications

• Valid State Class C driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Work in physically demanding environments, indoors and outdoors.
• OSHA 10 certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in construction and demolition tasks on substations and related sites.
• Install transformer banks, bus structures, switchgear, lines, and control buildings.
• Operate or work with equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, and excavators.
• Maintain tools and ensure compliance with safety standards.
