Job summary

Energy Erectors, Inc. (EEI) is seeking a Substation Leadman to supervise daily substation construction activities and guide crew members on projects across the Central US.

The role requires hands-on leadership, safety-first focus, and coordination with the Foreman to maintain schedule and quality. The ideal candidate has prior experience leading substation crews, is comfortable traveling, and upholds EEI’s safety culture and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience leading a crew building substations.
• Willing to travel around Central US.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities at the substation site.
• Direct, coach and guide all staff assigned to the project.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet project quality standards and design requirements.
• Review plan details and resolve issues to avoid budget overruns.
• Communicate potential problems and schedule conflicts to Foreman and help resolve them.
