Job summary

Lemartec, a MasTec company, seeks a CSA Senior Project Manager to lead project teams and deliver complex construction programs across the US. You will oversee project managers, assistants, and superintendents, driving strategic alignment, risk management, and client satisfaction on multi-site gigs.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 100%), a strong background in commercial/industrial delivery, and the ability to cultivate relationships with architects, engineers, and owners while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 10–20 years of PM experience on commercial and industrial projects.
• Familiarity with local specifications and reading blueprints.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and production, in P6 or MS Project, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver results.
• Recruit high-caliber personnel and subcontractors while managing multiple projects.
• Lead pre-construction/RFP package efforts with the estimating department.
• Build strong relationships with architects, engineers and owners.
• Ensure project quality control and complete punch lists to the client’s satisfaction.
