Job summary

Tallahassee Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy in Florida's capital seeks a Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead a high-caliber clinical team and deliver evidence-based care in a autonomy-driven environment.

You will work alongside doctoral-trained clinicians across orthopedics, sports rehab, vestibular, and neuro specialties, supported by Confluent Health’s industry-leading benefits and up to $25K in student loan repayment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current Florida PT license or eligibility to practice in FL.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients' medical history and tailoring treatment plans.
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Contributing to a positive clinic culture and collaborating with a team.
