Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist / Clinic Director in North Fort Myers, Florida. The role includes a $90,000-$110,000 annual salary plus $10,000-$15,000 sign‑on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

You will lead clinical operations, provide patient-centered care, and drive mentorship and development within the clinic. Florida licensure required or expedited licensing pathway available.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Florida Physical Therapist license or able to begin licensing.
• Proficient with computer and EMR software.
• All experience levels encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients medical history.
• Provide excellent individualized care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to their concerns.
• Developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and outcomes.
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility and prevent further pain.
• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed.

You’ll achieve success by

• Reviewing patients medical history

Compensation

$90,000-$110,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous time off, medical, dental, vision, disability and a 401(k) with a 4% employer match.
