Tallahassee Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Clinic Director/Physical Therapist. You will work in a supportive, autonomy-driven environment that focuses on evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history.
• Provide excellent 1:1 care, spending an average of 40 minutes per patient.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
• Use exercise, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage pain.
• Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.

Salary: $85,000‑$110,000 per year (inclusive of productivity incentives), Up to $15,000 sign‑on bonus available.

Compensation and Benefits
