Job summary

Confluent Health, LLC invites licensed Physical Therapists to join a close-knit Corydon team. You will deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education, to support patient recovery and improve function.

You will work in a supportive environment with mentorship, diverse caseload, and opportunities for professional growth, with a comprehensive benefits package and a 4% employer match on 401(K).

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in your state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education and modalities.
• Treat a diverse caseload across orthopedics, post-surgical, sports med, neurology and other outpatient conditions.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).

• Compensation: $75,000 to 90,000- Sign on Bonus - Up to 15K & inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications . Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
