Confluent Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Fort Myers, FL to apply clinical reasoning and deliver evidence-based care. You will develop and adjust plans of care with patients, using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education to improve function and reduce pain.

You will track outcomes and partner with a care team to support patients through recovery, growth, and career advancement within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care.

About

Compensation: $85k-$100k + up to $10k sign on bonus. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
