Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated team. The role involves evaluating and treating children with autism, coordinating with ABA services, and delivering individualized plans in a center-based setting with some travel to Warwick and East Bay centers.

Candidates should hold a Master’s in Speech Pathology, CCC-SLP, and state licensure, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification and state licensure active.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Direct, design and implement SLP services for assigned clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain a caseload with 25–40 sessions weekly or similar hours.
• Coordinate care with ABA and Speech services and update progress reports.
• Document activities per professional and funder guidelines.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
