Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is looking for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our center-based team serving children with autism. The SLP will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with ABA staff and families, and contribute to a supportive, playful learning environment.

Candidates should have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, state licensure, and a track record of clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC-SLP certification.
• State licensure to practice.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct, design and implement programs for SLP services for assigned clients.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Repeat evaluations on a regular basis to measure progress.
• Maintain a caseload of 25–40 sessions per week or similar hours.
• Coordinate care with ABA services and other therapy teams.
• Document progress reports and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Engage with parents through training sessions and caregiver coaching.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
