Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a motivated team focused on transforming lives of children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, using natural play to teach foundational communication skills and self-advocacy.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech Pathology, CCC-SLP, and active state licensure. Collaborative, growth-minded environment with comprehensive benefits and predictable hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification or eligible status.
• Active state licensure in Indiana or eligible to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based speech-language pathology services to children with autism.
• Collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, RBTs and other team members.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
