Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a motivated team dedicated to transforming the lives of children with autism. The role emphasizes natural play to teach foundational communication skills and supports families with ongoing training.

The SLP will collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, and RBTs; conduct assessments; create treatment plans; and monitor progress. Center hours are Mon-Fri with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP Certification is required.
• Current State Licensure is required.
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, caregivers.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable.
• Integrity and professionalism.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and MacOS.
• Ability to learn CentralReach and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based Speech-Language Pathology services in autism-focused settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (OTs, BCBAs, RBTs).
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor and manage client progress.
