Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in Rhode Island is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a center-based team at our Cranston and Lincoln locations. The role focuses on natural play to foster communication and independence while partnering with families and ABA services.

The SLP will deliver individualized therapies, document progress, and participate in ongoing training in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP certification and state licensure required.
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, design and implement SLP services for assigned clients at Lincoln and Cranston centers.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and conduct assessments.
• Coordinate with ABA and Speech services to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation per guidelines.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with parents and staff.
