Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Speech Language Pathologist to help children with autism reach their potential through a one-on-one, play-based approach.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech Pathology, CCC-SLP, and active state licensure, with collaboration across OTs, BCBAs, and RBTs. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment plans, and progress monitoring in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification and current state licensure required.
• Strong organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong time management.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate and meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented, adaptable, and professional in conduct.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MacOS; familiar with CentralReach/Tableau.
• Maintain licensure to practice while employed.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based speech-language pathology services for children with autism.
• Collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, RBTs and other team members.
• Provide training to team members and families.
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
