Job summary

Provalus is seeking an Onsite Software Trainer to deliver exceptional onboarding and training experiences for clients implementing dental practice management software. This role supports dental practices through in-person and virtual training, helping customers understand software functionality, adopt best practices, and improve operational efficiency during implementation and onboarding.

The position is based onsite at an approved Provalus U.S. Service Delivery Center.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software training and customer onboarding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate engaging training in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Strong customer service, professionalism, and adaptability.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and documentation.
• Familiarity with MS Office and customer support platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, in-person and virtual software training sessions for dental practice staff, customized to each customer's implementation needs.
• Train customers on practice management workflows: scheduling, billing, patient communication, treatment planning, insurance management, and clinical documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact during onboarding, answering questions on software functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams to support onboarding.
• Coordinate with teams on data migration and system setup.
• Create and update training resources, guides, and onboarding playbooks.
• Collect and evaluate post-training feedback to improve training quality and documentation.
