Job summary

Provalus is seeking an Onsite Software Trainer to deliver onboarding and training for dental practice management software at an approved U.S. Service Delivery Center.

You will conduct in-person and virtual sessions, support onboarding, and help practices adopt best practices to improve efficiency. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Office tools, Salesforce, and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software training or onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live, in-person and virtual software training sessions for dental practice staff, customized to each customer's implementation needs.
• Train customers on key practice management workflows (scheduling, billing, patient communication, treatment planning, insurance, documentation).
• Serve as the onboarding point of contact, answering questions on functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and implementation teams to support timely onboarding.
• Coordinate data migration and system setup with implementation teams.
• Create and update training resources, guides, and onboarding playbooks.
• Collect customer feedback post-training to improve training and documentation.
• Follow training materials, SOPs, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams throughout the training lifecycle.
