Job summary

Upgrade Resources seeks a Traveling Senior Superintendent based in the DFW area to oversee large-scale plumbing, piping, sheet metal, and insulation projects with project assignments in East Texas. You will lead crews up to 40 installers and coordinate schedules, submittals, and safety from mobilization through closeout.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction supervision experience in mechanical and plumbing trades.
• Experience leading large-scale plumbing, piping, sheet metal, and insulation projects valued $2M–$8M+.
• Experience supervising at least 10 direct reports (foreman through apprentice).
• OSHA 30-hour required; Master license in the related trade preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment layout drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale plumbing, piping, sheet metal, and insulation projects across multiple sites.
• Lead crews of up to 40 installers, from Foreman to Apprentice.
• Coordinate work using schedules, submittals, and contract documents with other trades.
• Forecast labor needs and communicate with project managers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Attend BIM and constructability meetings and manage long-lead items to meet schedule.
• Ensure safety audits and daily task plans; enforce safety on all sites.
