Build Talent LLC is seeking a Traveling Texas Electrical Superintendent responsible for overseeing field electrical construction activities on large projects including commercial buildings, data centers, and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of electrical construction experience and 5 years in a leadership role, ensuring projects adhere to safety, budget, and schedule standards.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and excellent organizational skills are required. This role involves managing a large team and projects valued from $10M to $200M.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience managing large scale electrical projects worth over $20M.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and electrical distribution systems.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all field electrical construction activities.
• Ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Serve as primary field leader for electrical crews and subcontractors.
• Work closely with project management and various stakeholders.
