Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions in Austin, TX is seeking a Traveling MEP Superintendent to lead field execution on large data center and mission-critical projects across Texas and other locations as needed.

You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades, drive schedules, resolve conflicts, and ensure safety and quality while traveling to project sites.

This role requires 7+ years of field leadership, excellent communication, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction field leadership experience with exposure to MEP systems.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple MEP trades on large projects.
• Experience in data center, mission-critical, or technically complex projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related building systems.
• Coordinate MEP subcontractors, field teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain schedules.
• Manage day-to-day field activities on large-scale data center projects; review drawings and specs.
• Coordinate sequencing of MEP systems and participate in coordination meetings.
• Identify constructability issues and scheduling risks; monitor field productivity and safety.
