Job summary

Ryan Companies US Inc. is seeking a Traveling Senior Superintendent for our industrial sector to lead complex industrial construction projects across multiple sites. You will oversee CPM scheduling, subcontractor performance, and safety programs while coordinating with the design-build team.

The role requires 15+ years in industrial construction, strong BIM/CAD skills, and a proven track record managing budgets and procurement. Travel is required to support project needs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in industrial construction.
• Post high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test.
• Experience: Superintendent; 2–5 years foreman; 1–2 years layout; 2–5 Assistant Superintendent; 1–3 Superintendent.
• Ability to read prints and shop drawings.
• Strong knowledge of BIM/CAD and current building codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance and project budgets.
• Develop and track CPM schedules.
• Review design documents and shop drawings; assist procurement.
• Manage material procurement and integrate into master schedule.
• Establish QC program and safety processes; oversee quality and safety.
• Travel for projects as needed.
