Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling Senior Superintendent to lead industrial construction projects. The role requires 15+ years of project management experience and a strong ability to read drawings, develop CPM schedules, and manage budgets and safety on site.

You will oversee subcontractors, coordinate material procurement, and drive value engineering while maintaining clear communication with the project team. Domestic travel is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of industrial construction PM experience.
• Post-high school education or equivalent in construction.
• Valid driver’s license; pre-employment drug test.
• Experience as Superintendent, Foreman, and Assistant Superintendent.
• Ability to read shop drawings and prints.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor performance across projects.
• Develop and track CPM schedules for milestones.
• Oversee budgets and safety programs; train staff.
• Review design docs and shop drawings for accuracy.
• Assist procurement and integrate materials into master schedule.
• Establish and monitor quality control programs.
• Value-engineer concepts to optimize projects.
• Communicate effectively with project team; travel as needed.
