Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, seeks a Senior Project Manager OFCI to lead PMs, APMs and superintendents on executing complex construction projects across the United States. The role requires strong leadership, risk management and client relationship skills.

This traveling position may require project locations across many states and entails coordinating pre-construction efforts, subcontractor management, and ensuring quality control and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction required.
• 10+ years PM experience on commercial/industrial projects preferred.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. and manage multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Project Managers, APMs, and superintendents to deliver projects.
• Develop contingency plans and mitigate risks on critical path items.
• Oversee subcontractor scope, contracts, and procurement.
• Drive business development and client relationship building.
• Coordinate pre-construction and RFP activities withEstimating.
• Ensure quality control plans are followed and punch lists completed.
• Recruit and develop high-caliber personnel for project teams.
• Submit change orders and maintain project documentation weekly.
• Travel across the U.S. to support various project locations.
