Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec subsidiary, is seeking a Senior Project Manager OFCI to lead PMs, assistants, and superintendents on nationwide infrastructure projects. This executive role demands identifying, proposing, closing, and managing construction ventures with a focus on client satisfaction and financial performance.

The position requires traveling up to 100% across the US, including various states, and coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and owners to ensure on-time delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 5 years of relevant experience can substitute.
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing PM experience is preferred.
10–20 years as a Project Manager on commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage PMs, assistant PMs, and superintendents to deliver projects.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and delays.
Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to meet targets.
Lead pre-construction/RFP efforts with estimating and win new work.
Ensure quality control, change orders, and project documentation.
