Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager OFCI to lead and manage a team of project managers, assistants, and superintendents on complex construction projects across the US. This executive role requires identifying, proposing, closing, and delivering multi-state initiatives.

The position involves extensive travel (up to 100%) across the United States, managing commercial and industrial projects with a focus on safety, schedule, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 10–20 years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial/industrial projects.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Project Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, Assistant PMs and Superintendents to deliver results.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks on critical path items.
• Coordinate subcontractor scope, contracts, and opportunities/risks.
• Drive business development, build relationships, and close new projects.
• Lead pre-construction/RFP efforts with estimating and other departments.
• Oversee project quality control plans and ensure client satisfaction.
