Job summary

Lemartec Corporation, a MasTec company, seeks a Senior Project Manager OFCI to lead PM teams and superintendents across US projects. This traveling role requires managing multiple project teams, closing new business, and delivering high-quality results for major infrastructure and industrial projects.

You will oversee pre-construction efforts, coordinate with estimating and accounting, and ensure project plans meet client expectations while traveling nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction is required.
• 10–20 years of project management experience on commercial/industrial projects.
• Ability to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers and superintendents.
• Develop contingency plans and mitigate risks on projects.
• Review bid specs and identify issues before start.
• Manage subcontractor scope, contracts, and requisitions.
• Close new business and grow client relationships.
• Coordinate pre-construction/RFP with estimating.
• Ensure quality control and on-time deliverables with teams.
