Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Senior Project Manager OFCI to lead a team delivering major infrastructure projects nationwide. This executive role is expected to identify, propose, close, and manage construction initiatives while traveling up to 100% across the U.S.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction, 10–20 years PM experience on commercial/industrial projects, and strong planning, budgeting, and client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; additional 5 years of relevant experience may substitute.
• 10–20 years of project management on commercial/industrial projects; Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers; deliver exceptional results.
• Assess bid specs for issues before project kickoff; develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
• Understand subcontractor scope and contracts; identify opportunities and risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers and owners.
• Oversee pre-construction/RFP packaging with estimating; ensure quality control and client satisfaction.
• Direct on-site Superintendents; ensure safety and project quality are maintained.
