Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Senior Project Manager OFCI to lead and motivate a team of project managers, assistants, and superintendents to deliver high‑quality infrastructure projects. This executive role requires identifying, proposing, closing, and managing construction opportunities across the US.

You will travel up to 100% of the time, supporting projects in multiple states and coordinating with MasTec’s network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction; 5 years+ relevant work experience accepted in lieu of experience.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Project manager experience
• 10 to 20 years of experience as a Project manager on commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver results.
• Develops contingency plans to mitigate risks on critical path items.
• Manages subcontractor scope, contracts, and opportunities/risks.
• Builds relationships with clients and architects/engineers to pursue new projects.
