Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent to efficiently schedule, manage, and coordinate subcontractors and trades to meet the project Master Schedule. You will lead, mentor, and enforce standard construction practices across diverse projects nationwide.

Based in the United States and traveling up to 100% of the time, you will review plans, ensure safety, manage daily logs, and maintain as-built records using Procore and Primavera/P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent; 10+ years if no degree.
• Proven ability to schedule, plan, organize and document control.
• OSHA certification and knowledge of safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of superintendents and field staff.
• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractor scope of work and progress.
• Coordinate safety meetings and overall site safety.
• Maintain master schedule with PCM and update look-ahead.
• Prepare Daily Log Reports (Procore) and As-Built drawings.
