Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
• 10–20 years of PM experience on commercial/industrial projects.
• Ability to travel within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver results.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks on the critical path.
• Interface with architects, engineers and owners to initiate projects.
• Oversee subcontractor selection, procurement and performance.
• Ensure project quality control and timely punch list completion.
