Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a traveling Scheduling Manager for the Advanced Technology Group on Biotech or Pharmaceutical projects. This full-time role can be based anywhere in the United States. Biotech/pharma scheduling leadership experience is required.

You will oversee the Planning & Scheduling group, develop CPM baselines, monitor progress, and support BD activities. Responsibilities include budget control, training, and collaboration with ORMs and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field and 12+ years of experience
• Scheduling Certification desired (AACE, PSP, PMI-SP)
• Broad scope & complexity of construction projects (>$500m)
• Experience in construction project engineering & supervision positions
• Advanced knowledge of cost estimates for schedule development
• Proven ability to lead and manage change, delays, and claims

Responsibilities

• Function as working Scheduling Manager leading Planning & Scheduling group.
• Develop CPM logic-generated baselines and update progress.
• Monitor performance against baseline and forecasts; identify risks early.
• Manage budgets and resources; oversee third-party consultants as needed.
• Train staff on scheduling software and techniques; ensure ISO governance.
