Candidates must have substantial experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals, along with a Bachelor's degree and at least 18 years of relevant experience.

The role involves managing multiple projects, developing teams, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance requirements. The estimated salary range for this position is $225,000.00 - $295,000.00 annually, with flexible benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus minimum of eighteen years' related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, and purchasing principles.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and coordinates all phases of projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop high-performance teams through supervision, training, and mentoring.
• Provide oversight for budget and financial management for all projects.
