Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an Experienced Scheduler for a full-time traveling role supporting an Advanced Technology Group on a biotech project in Raleigh, NC. The role emphasizes CPM scheduling, collaboration with engineers, superintendents, and procurement to align baselines and track progress.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s in engineering/construction and at least 4 years of related experience, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field with minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent
• Large construction project experience ($50m+)
• Experience in construction positions (e.g., Field Engineer, Assistant Superintendent)
• Proficient use of scheduling software applications (e.g., Oracle Primavera P6)
• Knowledge of scheduling comparison tools (e.g., Acumen Fuse, Change Inspector)
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to develop project schedule

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for large or multiple projects with complex scheduling activities.
• Revise and review project schedule with project team and monitor progress against the schedule.
• Collaborate with project team to develop project schedule based on CPM logic-generated baseline schedules.
• Review performance of work regarding scheduling, delivery, logistics, and staffing levels.
• Create target comparison models and look-ahead schedules to provide progress updates and risks.
