Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced project leader for a full-time traveling assignment supporting our Advanced Technology Group on a Biotech project. The role requires biotech/pharma project experience and the ability to manage projects from preconstruction to closeout.

You will lead teams, manage budgets, schedules, and QA/QC while ensuring compliance with safety and ethics standards. The position reports to senior operations leadership and offers a comprehensive benefits package,

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate one or more biotech/pharma construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support business development opportunities.
• Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and financial management.
• Oversee master project schedules, budgets, and QA/QC programs.
• Ensure adherence to ethics, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing to secure new work for the business unit.
• Mentor teams, conduct performance reviews, and drive Lean/BIM adoption on projects.
