Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a traveling Scheduling Manager for its Critical Facilities-Data Centers group, supporting a Biotech or Pharmaceutical project. The selected candidate will oversee the Planning & Scheduling team, develop CPM baselines, and ensure project timelines align with cost and resource plans.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and 12+ years of related experience, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Scheduling certification desired (AACE/PSP/PMI-SP).
• Experience on large projects (>$500M).
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling and earned value concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planning & Scheduling group activities across projects in region.
• Develop CPM baseline schedules and monitor progress vs baseline.
• Create and update cost/resource-loaded schedules and look-ahead schedules.
• Provide training on scheduling tools and methodologies to staff.
• Collaborate with regional lean and IS teams for software and processes.
• Participate in ORM and BD activities and proposal scheduling.
