NXA Manufacturing is seeking a Sales Engineer to build relationships with clients needing stainless-steel fabrication. You will translate customer drawings into high-quality equipment solutions, coordinate with production, and provide technical support before, during, and after installation.

In this role you will also act as Product Manager post-installation, identify improvement opportunities, and travel about 65% to serve customers in the Northwest Arkansas area and beyond.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated ability to prospect, build, grow, and manage industrial equipment customer relationships.
• Technical knowledge of industrial equipment, including applications, sizing, materials, and fabrication.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and other CAD software to develop and review equipment designs.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect sales opportunities for industrial stainless-steel equipment.
• Build, grow, and manage a portfolio of industrial equipment clientele.
• Confer with clients to understand their equipment needs and translate drawings into fabricated solutions.
• Coordinate with production to optimize fabrication time, cost, and capacity.
• Serve as Product Manager during and after installation and respond to warranty needs.
