Job summary

NXA Manufacturing in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Combo Fitter/Welder to join a team fabricating stainless steel equipment for the food, beverage and dairy sectors. The role emphasizes TIG welding, precise fitting, and reading design drawings to meet BOM specs.

Responsibilities include pipe cutting, component fabrication, welding with appropriate prep, and teamwork. Overtime may be required; competitive pay plus full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Weld test required to demonstrate TIG proficiency.
• Must perform a fitting test to demonstrate proficiency.
• Basic mechanic skills to assemble components per drawings.

Responsibilities

• Cut pipe and fabricate per weld procedures.
• Construct equipment per design drawings and specs.
• TIG weld components with proper prep and filler selection.
• Read BOMs and drawings to meet dimensions.
• Collaborate with team and be adaptable to changes.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
