Qualifications

• Proven experience in production design and CNC programming.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and drawing creation.
• Experience with laser cutting and press brake programming; nesting optimization.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D shop drawings from 3D SolidWorks models.
• Create optimized nesting layouts to maximize sheet utilization.
• Develop CNC programs using DXF files for laser and press brake operations.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure manufacturability and tolerance control.
• Maintain revision control through PDM and ERP systems.
