Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative to support merchandising across Raleigh, NC and surrounding locations. The role requires frequent travel, setup of displays, planogram maintenance, and collaboration with store managers to meet sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and experience in customer service or retail. The position includes weekly pay, benefits, and potential overtime based on route needs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Tech savviness with smartphone apps, Outlook and Zoom.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.

Responsabilités

• Independently travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores using a company vehicle.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure materials are correctly placed.
• Collaborate with store managers and team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and keep shelves stocked; utilize a company storage unit.
• Be available for 2–3 nights out per week as needed by route business.
