Strategic Retail Partners in Denver, CO searches for a Route Service Representative who will travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure store compliance. You will set up displays, rotate stock, and maintain planograms while collaborating with store managers.

The role requires a 21+ driver with a clean record and comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs. Expect a 48–52 hour week with overnight travel and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits.

Responsabilités

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRP’s fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
