Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners in Austin, Texas is seeking a Route Service Representative to travel across a large territory and implement merchandising plans at stores. You will set up and replenish displays, manage stock, and ensure planograms align with brand standards.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfort with overnight travel (2-3 nights per week). Compensation includes base hourly pay with overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or retail preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Tech-savvy with smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory to merchandise stores.
• Set up, replenish and merchandise products and displays on a route.
• Maintain planograms and promotional materials accurately.
• Collaborate with store managers to achieve merchandising goals.
• Be prepared for overnight travel and 2-3 nights out weekly.
